Thank you all for attending. For those who were unable to
make it, we will certainly have another moment at Shrewsbury 2010. It was a
lovely turn out, and I know that Adrian appreciated all the well wishes and kind
thoughts. For those who didn't get a chance to be there, Eric Finster has put
together a beautiful photo montage video which can be seen on YouTube:
Special thanks to everyone for the tremendous effort by all those who planned and placed the memorial on th ground. I would like to thank especially: Jim for helping with all the shopping excursions, Melissa for all of her incredible hard work and many hugs, a very personal thanks to Brent and Kelly for allowing me to disrupt their life and home and for giving me a literal shoulder to cry on, for Bros Dan, Eric, Steve, Gary, Don, etc. etc. Reaves et al. for helping to set things up, Jeff for being on the spot as usual, For Gaffer and Gammer who made the long trip, for Mark for his beautiful music, for Brother Barry who helped so many hold it together. Thanks to the Maxfields for allowing us to use the site out of season and to all those who brought food and drink. Most importantly, thanks to Jackie for working through her grief to make it a most special event. She held up through the most trying times, was a rock for Adrian and the rest of us, and created a wonderful memorial honoring a most magical woman. - Date:

Please pass this on to your own lists.
What to bring: Pot Luck would be nice. Let's try the last name thing. If your last name starts with A to I, bring an appetizer. J to R, bring a main dishes, S to Z bring desserts. Drinks will not be provided, so bring your own.
Because parking will be very limited, and due to the possibility of soft ground, we will be asking folks to car pool to the site from the park and rides located at the end of Highway 28, at the Kings Valley Fire Station and at the over flow parking at the Kings Valley school. If you a vehicle that can carry folks for us, please help.
Please bring your own chairs.
Please RSVP to: shrewfaire@gmail.com and please indicate if you would like to speak.
We would also like color copies of any pictures you have of Leslie for posting at the Memorial.
If you are unable to come, but want to have something about Leslie read by someone else, please include it with your RSVP.
If you can be there earlier to help with set up, please let us know in your RSVP.
Thanks all,
Adrian, Jackie and Don
